St. Andrew's
Parks and Playground is proud to participate in the Parents
Association for Youth Sports (PAYS) program,
which is provided by the National
Alliance for Youth Sports. The program educates,
motivates and holds PAYS members accountable to the PAYS
Parents’ Code
of Ethics. PAYS encourages good sportsmanship,
positive reinforcement and keeping youth sports in its proper
perspective. The PAYS approach centers on a combination
of education, motivation and positive reinforcement.

One parent of
each child particpating in St. Andrew's Parks and Playground
athletics is required to complete the PAYS certification
process once every 12 months. If you need to renew your
certification or are obtaining it for the first time, you
may either attend a complimentary PAYS session hosted by
St. Andrew's, or complete the certification online.
