St. Andrew's Parks and Playground earned the South Carolina Athletic Programs 2008 Athletic Department of the Year award at the annual SCAP conference in Myrtle Beach Dec. 15.

Field Complex of the Year
For the third time in four years, St. Andrew's Parks and Playground earned the South Carolina Sports Turf Managers Association's Field Complex of the Year Award for Volunteer Park. The award was presented at the annual South Carolina STMA chapter conference Dec. 16 in Columbia.

Kevin Walsh of St. Andrew’s
named SCRPA President
Kevin Walsh, Executive Director of St. Andrew’s Parks and Playground, was inducted as the new president of the South Carolina Recreation and Parks Association at the SCRPA state conference in Greenville Sept. 9.
